2Levels enables\/supports two working positions - standing and sitting. \nThe levels can be adapted to different body sizes with a simple height adjustment.\nThe short seat on the backrest also serves as a handle to lift the chair and roll it to another position.\nWhen sitting sideways on the lower level (e.g. during a conversation), the upper surface can be used as an armrest on one side.<\/p>

Two molded wood angles form the seat and backrest. The separation of the shells facilitates upholstery.\nThe adjustment mechanism with a spring bolt and a simple row of holes is located between the wooden parts. \nThere is no need for a gas pressure spring, which is problematic in terms of sustainability.\nThe ergonomics was tested in a seating laboratory.\nThe seat and standing height adjust simultaneously to the respective body height thanks to the synchronous adjustment.\nThis means that a personal height adjustment is usually only necessary once.<\/p>
